Yes. A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment. Your deposit goes toward your total service cost. If you're sending via Zelle, include your name, date, and appointment time in the memo.
Yes — braiding hair is not included with any service. Hair must be at least 46 inches. If you need extra length, select the "Extra Length" add-on when booking. Pricing depends on the length.
We are located at 17194 Preston Rd, Suite 131, Dallas, Texas 75248. We currently operate out of two Dallas locations — your confirmed location will be shared at the time of booking.
Absolutely! We are a kid-friendly salon. Special pricing applies for children ages 1–7. Younger clients are always welcome.
We specialize in braids, locs, and protective styles — including knotless braids, butterfly locs, bohemian bobs, interlock locs, flat iron, treatments, and men's free style braids. Not sure what to get? Book a $25 Consultation and we'll figure it out together.
Yes! Select "Styles" when booking and we'll set up a consultation to talk through your desired look. You can also book our Consultation service directly for $25 — no commitment required.
All deposits are non-refundable. Once you leave the salon, no refunds are issued — so please inspect your hair carefully before leaving. If you have any concerns, speak up before your appointment ends.
